£250 available for groups to deliver Community Information Events to connect people directly with those who deliver services and support to help people live well. These need to fulfil the following criteria:
Involve multiple information and service delivery providers (such as Citizens Advice, Age Cymru, Hywel Dda, Ceredigion County Council Direct Payments and others).
Must be an open event (can be themed, e.g Cost of Living, Health, Winter Wellbeing etc) but must be open to the general community.
Must run for a minimum of 2 hours on the event day.
Examples of eligible costs include - venue hire, promotion, refreshments.
Eligible applicants include community groups, CIO, CIC, community benefit societies, not-for-profit organisations, and Community & Town Councils.
Some examples of things that would not be funded:
Promotion of a single service or organisation.
An individual group attending multiple events.
Stand-alone consultation (consultation can be done within a wider information and advice event).
Community social events without a wider information and advice element

We will assess applications and award money where applicable periodically. Funds must be spent by the end of February 2027.
