Come Together Ceredigion launched in April 2022 to boost resilience in your community. Through co-delivering community workshops, training and learning sessions to community groups in the Ceredigion area, the project aims to provide people with better tools to help manage mental wellbeing and improve resilience within their communities.

Based on the values of peer support and peer learning, this project will co-develop and co-deliver session material with guest speakers and volunteers with lived experience to enhance connectivity with others and to share their knowledge.
