A support group for adults with any form of arthritis or musculoskeletal condition including: gout, lupus, fibromyalgia, people waiting for joint replacement surgery. You do not need a firm diagnosis to access our support.

The group meets every 4 weeks in the kitchen area at the back of Penrhiwllan Hall, SA44 5NN. The group runs from 13:30-15:30.

The group is free of charge. Tea/coffee and biscuits are provided. 

We have different guest speakers/topics.
