Support and Activities for People with Arthritis.

Cymru Versus Arthritis is here to make sure that people with arthritis in Wales have the support and information they need to live well with their condition, as well as to ensure the needs of people with arthritis are a priority with policy makers in Wales.

Our free Helpline -  0800 5200 520 - offers free, confidential information on all aspects of living with arthritis.

 

We also offer a range of publications which can be accessed through the Helpline.

 

Living Well

 

Living well with arthritis covers a range of activities including self-management support, and providing information to members of the public. We also have a number of  groups across Wales who meet regularly for peer support. Please contact us for further details on:

If you're a young person or a parent of a child or young person living with arthritis, you're not alone. Cymru Versus Arthritis is here for you. 

 

Our team covers the whole of Wales. We support children, young people and their families in a variety of ways, one to one support, support with education and employment and self-management.   We organise activities, workshops, days out and residential stays. The emphasis is on building peer support, breaking down isolation, helping young people to reach their potential, making new friends and having fun. You can keep up to date with all our activities and    plans through our social media channels, or you can drop us a line at our Wales office on 0800 756 3970 to find out what's on in your area.
