Bydd Jane Green MBE o SEDS Connective yn trafod amryw o faterion gan gynnwys blinder llethol y corff/ymennydd, cylchredu’r niwrowyddoniaeth, blynyddoedd cynnar, addysg, gwaith hyd at flynyddoedd hŷn, y menopos, newidiadau i’r llwybr diagnosis, a chyflyrau â symptomau cysylltiedig megis poen, blinder llethol, problemau gastro/IBS, ‘alergeddau’, ffibro, dysautonomia, Covid hir/ar ôl Covid-19, ac yna’r camau nesaf.

Bydd Jane hefyd yn rhannu ei thaith bersonol, gan gynnwys ei phrofiad fel rhiant-ofalwr ac yn awr fel gofalwr rhwng y cenedlaethau (sandwich carer), yn ogystal â’i rôl fel sylfaenydd elusen ar gyfer cyfuniad o gyflyrau hypersymudedd a niwrowahaniaeth.

Jane Green MBE from SEDS Connective will be talking on various issues including bodies/brains burnout, disseminating the neuroscience, early years, education, work to older years, menopause, diagnosis pathway changes, associated symptoms conditions like pain, exhaustion, gastro/IBS, ‘allergies’, fibro, dysautonomia, long covid/post Covid-19, then the next steps.

Jane will also be sharing her own journey, including as a parent carer and now sandwich carer, and as founder of a charity for the combination of hypermobility and neurodivergence.
