Mae pob sesiwn yn cael ei chynnal gan Weithiwr Allgymorth o Credu / Gofalwyr Ceredigion Carers.
Drop in session for unpaid carers and the people they support - an opportunity to meet other carers and have a chat over a cuppa.
All sessions are hosted by an Outreach Worker from Credu / Gofalwyr Ceredigion Carers and/or Adferiad (Carmarthenshire Carers Service providers)
