We work in alignment with the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015, ensuring our initiatives contribute to long-term, sustainable change. By fostering multi-generational support, building local capacity, and promoting active participation, we empower individuals to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Funding will enable us to expand our reach, develop new training programmes, support volunteers, and co-create services that respond directly to the needs of rural communities.
