Community Development, Community Health Talks, Basic Screening Checks and Multigenerational volunteer opportunities

ISAY-CIC is a community interest company committed to strengthening small rural communities across Wales by delivering inclusive well-being services, volunteering opportunities, and community-led training. Our approach is rooted in a social model of health and well-being, focusing on connection, empowerment, and resilience.

We work in alignment with the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015, ensuring our initiatives contribute to long-term, sustainable change. By fostering multi-generational support, building local capacity, and promoting active participation, we empower individuals to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Funding will enable us to expand our reach, develop new training programmes, support volunteers, and co-create services that respond directly to the needs of rural communities. Our goal is to create lasting impact by helping communities become more connected, confident, and capable of shaping their own futures
