Bereavement support for Children, young people and families

We support Children, young people (0-25yrs) in the lead up to or following a bereavement.

We work with families, carers/guardians and other professionals to focus on positive outcomes for those we work with.

We work through 1:1 and peer support groups.

We operate across Ceredigion as well as the whole of Wales where funding enables us.
