I hold a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care (Mental Health) and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. Throughout my career, I have worked in complex and challenging environments, including prisons and high-secure mental health institutions, where I developed strong skills in risk management, multidisciplinary collaboration, and person-centred care. I am passionate about delivering high-quality mental health support and leading teams that make a real difference in people’s lives. I am now seeking a role where I can continue to contribute my expertise while supporting service users and developing best practices within healthcare services. I enjoy a wide range of hobbies, including travelling, cooking, and playing tennis. I consider myself a focused and well-educated individual with a strong passion for continuous learning and applying new knowledge in practical ways. I thrive when faced with new challenges and embrace opportunities to overcome them. I welcome constructive criticism and am committed to self-improvement by addressing my shortcomings.
