free, confidential information and advice
We provide free, independent, impartial advice and information to everyone in Ceredigion who needs it. Every year, we helped over 3,000 people to increase their incomes, reduce household costs, manage debts, warm homes, secure legal justice, access public services and get crisis support.
You can reach our local team:
- by phone - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10 until 1pm on 01239 621974 and 01970 612817
- face-to-face - in Lampeter (all day Monday) and Aberystwyth and Cardigan (all day Wednesdays)
- by WhatsApp or text - 5 days per week on 07971 802 060 (no calls)
- by email - [email protected] / [email protected]
We are also out and about, giving information at local events, community centres and shopping centres around the county. We can also give tailored talks to local groups and organisations.
Our social media is busy and packed with useful information, including practical money-saving and rights-based tips.
Our services are quality assured - accredited to the UK Advice Quality Standard, Wales Information and Advice Quality Framework and national Citizens Advice governance quality standards. The Financial Conduct Authority regulates our money and debt services. Our Advisers are all Disclosure and Barring Service checked. We belong to the national Citizens Advice network.
