Built for the Millennium, it is a new light, airy and warm hall.

It can seat up to 100. There are tables, chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. A small committee room is also available. A projector and screen are available. The grounds and Community Gardens are a feature. 

The Hall offers many activities, including: Line Dancing, Yoga, Aerobics, Sewing Group and Film Nights. 

Cellan hall also offers oil-fired central heating, a children's play area, disabled access, CCTV and Wi-Fi.
