Community Connector

I work as a community connector for Ceredigion County council. My main roll is delivering connect to kindness presentations to the community. I am very fortunate to work with a very enthusiastic, knowledgable team.

I'm a mum of three teenagers and a 4 year old who rules the roost. We live in a beautiful village in North Pembrokshire with my husband Stu.

I absolutey love to travel and have visited many amazing countries including Iraq, Mexico, Cuba and New York to name a few. I have also lived in Germany and Portugal.

I'm a huge fitness fanatic that loves a challenge. I am a fully qualified fitness instructor. I spend my spare time partaking in different sports including running, cycling, bodybuilding and group exercise. It is my absolute passion. I'm currently training to enter my first body building competition in June in the bikini division.
