I live in Borth, Ceredigion, and provide affordable counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups F2F and online, practicing Transactional Analysis.

I'm also a senior lecturer in psychology (and counselling) at Aberystwyth University.

I love Wales, the sea, beaches and mountains; and the sense of peace and wellbeing it provides.
