Hello! I am a community connector in North Ceredigion I work with groups and individuals to improve overall wellbeing and help people connect with interests, hobbies and like minded people. 

I enjoy long walks with my two dogs a collie and a chocolate Labrador and I enjoy playing drums in a band and listening to music. I also have two little boys who keep me very busy!
