There is a warm welcome for everyone, with a tour of the garden and if you want to volunteer, there’s plenty of support. There are jobs to suit all capabilities. No gardening experience is required because our team can help you. We think its important you have a good time while contributing to this beautiful, abundant, forest garden.

Jobs can include planting, tending to trees, herbs, fruit bushes, the pond areas, shed maintenance, painting the foot bridge and sheds, mowing 8 miles of paths, cutting things back, pruning, gathering fruit, making the tea…

All volunteers can take home the fruit and veg grown at the garden. It is nutritious and has been grown without chemicals, is Co2 neutral, has not been flown across the planet. food is also not wrapped in plastic, super friendly towards building biodiversity and nurtures and protects birds and creatures.

There are opportunities to: learn, get fit, connect to community, make friends, do something that helps is empowering and fun.  Doing something with meaning contributes towards feeling happy and resilient in uncertain times. We are actively engaging in a kinder approach to nature for a better future.
