Mae tir coed yn cysylltu pobl gyda thir a choed trwy ddarparu hyfforddiant, addysg a rhaglenni llesiant yn yr awyr agored ar draws sir gâr, ceredigion, sir benfro a phowys.

Tir coed connects people with land (tir) and woods (coed) by delivering outdoor training, learning and wellbeing programmes across carmarthenshire, ceredigion, pembrokeshire and powys.

Dros yr 20 mlynedd diwethaf mae Tir Coed wedi datblygu model ymgysylltu gynhwysfawr sy'n cynnal unigolion wrth iddynt ddatblygu, o'r cyswllt cyntaf i gyflogaeth. Mae'r holl waith a wneir gan wirfoddolwyr a hyfforddedigion yn gwella iechyd ein coedwigoedd a'u hygyrchedd, sydd o fantais i'r gymuned gyfan.

Over the past 20 years Tir Coed has developed a comprehensive engagement model that supports people as they develop, from first step engagement through to employment. All of the work carried out by volunteers and trainees improves the health of the woodland and its accessibility for the benefit of the whole community.
