Hello, my name is Heather and I love cooking and growing food, this year I was proud of my cabbage harvest and making dumplings. I live in Cwm Rheidol, about 12 miles from Aberystwyth where I have a garden and my chickens. I work for Aber Food Surplus, and I am passionate about brining people together to take action on building a more sustainable food system, and to have conversations about food, farming, nature, and landscape.
