Hello, I am a Development Officer working for Welsh armed forces veterans charity Change Step. I currently work on a 2 year funded project,which seeks to help members of the armed forces veterans community, re - connect with services and social activities. We support any age group and use our experience working alongside a network of third sector organizations and the Veterans NHS Wales Service to help armed forces veterans living in Ceredigion and Powys. We welcome referrals from organizations and individuals alike and offer a friendly, non judgmental atitude to supporting our armed forces veterans. Our mission is to help improve the lives of veterans and their families.
