Mae’r weminar hon wedi’i hanelu at y rheiny sy’n gweithio yn y sector Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol a bydd yn eich cyflwyno i adnoddau y gallwch eu defnyddio i gael pobl i ymgysylltu â thechnoleg digidol. Bydd y sesiwn yn eich ysbrydoli ac yn rhoi syniadau i chi am sut i gynnal gweithgareddau digidol i wella iechyd a lles y bobl rydych chi’n gofalu amdanyn nhw. Bydd y testunau sy’n cael eu trafod yn cynnwys hel atgofion, defnyddio YouTube, cerddoriaeth, darllen ar-lein, cerddoriaeth, gemau / posau, apiau creadigol, Google Maps/Google Earth i'ch arwain i ble y cawsoch eich geni neu’ch magu, ac ati.

This webinar is aimed at those working in the Health and Social Care sector and will introduce you to resources you can use to engage people with digital technology. The session will provide you with inspiration and ideas on how to run digital activities to enhance the health and well-being of the people you care for. Topics that will be covered will include, reminiscence, using YouTube, music, reading online, music, games/puzzles, creative apps, Google Maps/Google Earth looking at where you were born or grew up etc.
