Borth Community Hub has joined up with Ceredigion's Walking4Wellbeing challenge. We are currently all walking along a virtual river Nile. We can provide you with a pedometre to count your steps and once a week one of our volunteers will phone you to collect your step counter. We then pass this to Dawn Forster {Ceredigion's Walk4Wellbeing Champion} who will add our Borth total to the overall total. Dawn sends us a lovely detailed description of the point we have reached on the River Nile. We print this off and circulate to everyone taking part.

Can be done in the home, outside or both. It doesn't matter how many steps you take. It's the taking part that counts.

This is part of our A Friend in Need Project.

There is no need to be on line we can call you for your step count.
