Join us for a montly wander around Cardigan's wild edges, exploring the edible and medicinal plants that are abundant and seasonal. We will discuss sustainable harvesting, folklore, history and modern uses.
These walks are open to everyone and are gentle and mostly flat. We end the session with a drink or refreshments at a venue in Cardigan.
