Mind Aberystwyth is recruiting community leaders and groups to join the West Wales Peer Support Network, part of Mind's peer support project Side by Side Cymru.  Peer support is when people use their own experiences to help each other.  This can be through a group, one to one or online and may involve activities such as crafts, walking or meeting for coffee.

The West Wales Peer Support Network has over 100 members across Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.  Benefits of membership include free peer support coaching, networking and workshop events and regular e-bulletins.
