Introducing the connecting realities project

Virtual Reality Walks, Meditations and Experiences to refresh and restore wellbeing within the stunning Pembrokeshire and West Wales Landscape.

Digital can be accessible. Technology may feel alienating and scary but we can use it in ways that work to support your wellbeing. Connecting Realities uses VR and other digital technology as a tool to connect people to wellbeing experiences and community activities they might otherwise struggle to access, to reduce isolation and loneliness and improve health. The project brings together a collaboration of partners, including Hywel Dda, PAVS, Planed, the Pembrokeshire County Council, and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, and is coordinated by Sarah Beauclerk.

How we use virtual technology to access the real world.
