If you are looking for more support with your mental health, or are accessing mental health services, and struggling to get heard - An advocate can support you to understand and uphold your rights, explore options and help you to make informed decisions about the services you want or need, and support you to access those services.
If you are in hospital being treated or assessed for your mental health, you have the right to support from an Independent Mental Health Advocate.
