Haul Arts in Health (established 1995) aims to promote the arts in health care at all levels, knowing that this can be a valuable and effective additional avenue for promoting well-being, in innovative and accessible ways. Often in response to requests and suggestions from health workers or users, we commission artworks and events to enhance health care settings such as hospitals and clinics, to make them more welcoming and attractive. We also make use of our database of carefully selected artists to deliver quality, free workshops and projects in all kinds of visual arts and crafts, music, dance, creative writing and more, in venues all around Ceredigion, so that they are accessible to isolated people.
