1. Session 1 - Mental Health Language - 14/02/2022 - 12.00pm - 2.30pm

2. Session 2 - Understanding Stress - 18/02/2022 - 12.00pm - 2.30pm

Guide Digital training is delivered via Microsoft Teams, each session is 2½ hours for anyone over 16 years old.

Need to know :

  • If you are in a shared space to attend the training please could you wear headphones, as some of the information shared may be confidential
  • You will need a notepad and pen to take notes
  • There will be a comfort break half way through each session
  • You will be given a copy of the slides at the end of the training

Prior to the training starting you will be sent a joining link for the training, along with joining instructions. - Please do not share the link with anyone else as this is in breach of GDPR
