Working Well: Our workplaces are happier and healthier places to be if we all communicate at our best.

Our workplace relationships make up a large part of our daily lives – have you ever wondered how to communicate with your team to get the most out of their skills, to keep their motivation and interest high, and to ensure they feel supported and valued?

Join us for this 50 minute bite-size session on effective communication for the workplace, we will cover

• Empathy and active listening

• Using conversation tools to support wellbeing

• Open questions and allowing for silence

• Signposting and Follow-up

Upon completing your free registration, you will receive an email detailing the joining instructions for this Zoom session.

If your Small-to-Medium business is eligible for our more intensive support, we will contact you after the session to identify if we can train and support your managers to promote staff wellbeing into the future.

This webinar is delivered by RCS through the In-Work Support Service; it forms part of a wider programme of wellbeing support available for free to small medium enterprises (SME) in Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd, Anglesey, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

Our In Work Support Service also provides free wellbeing support and therapies for employed and self-employed people, and supports small and medium sized business to improve wellbeing in the workplace.

You can contact us at [email protected], IWS is part-funded by ESF through Welsh Government.
