Beth yw EICH atgofion o Neuadd Bentref Aberporth?

Yn dilyn dymchwel yr adeilad 90 mlwydd oed, mae apêl wedi mynd allan am atgofion ffotograffig o ddigwyddiadau yn y neuadd. Diolch i arian gan Gronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol, mae pwyllgor y neuadd yn gweithio gyda grŵp Hanes Aberporth i gofnodi atgofion o'r degawdau diwetha.

Efallai mae sioe ysgol, yn ennill gwobrau yn y sioe arddwriaethol, ffair sborion neu raffl — mae unrhyw ffotograffau neu bethau cofiadwy eisiau helpu i greu byrddau arddangos darluniadol ar gyfer y neuadd newydd pan fydd yn agor yn y diwedd yng ngwanwyn 2023.

Mae'r prosiect a ariennir gan y loteri - Neuadd Bentref i Genedlaethau - eisoes wedi trawsgrifio hen gofnodion neuadd yn ogystal â ffilm o atgofion pentrefwyr hŷn.

Bydd gwirfoddolwyr yn cynnal diwrnod sganio yng Nghanol Fan Dyffryn ddydd Sadwrn 13 Tachwedd rhwng 2pm a 4pm.

Dewch â'ch lluniau a'ch pethau cofiadwy i'w rhannu â chenedlaethau'r dyfodol a fydd yn defnyddio'r neuadd newydd. Bydd eitemau yn cael eu sganio a'u dychwelyd.
Bydd y ffilm o atgofion pentrefwyr hŷn hefyd yn cael ei dangos yn ystod y prynhawn.

What are YOUR memories of Aberporth Village Hall?

Following the demolition of the 90 year old building an appeal has gone out for photographic memories of events in the hall. Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, the hall committee are working with Hanes Aberporth History group to record memories from the past decades.

Perhaps it was a school show, winning prizes at the horticultural show, a jumble sale or raffle – any photographs or memorabilia are wanted to help create pictorial display boards for the new hall when it finally opens in spring 2023.

The lottery funded project - A Village Hall for Generations – has already delivered the transcribing of old hall minutes plus a film of senior villagers memories.

Volunteers will be holding a scanning day at Canolfan Dyffryn on Saturday November 13 from 2pm to 4pm.

Bring along your photographs and memorabilia to share with future generations who will use the new hall. Items will be scanned and returned. Images will be stored on a community archive for everyone to access.
The film of senior villagers memories will also be shown during the afternoon.

If you can’t make the scanning day but would like to share your images please contact hall trustee and project officer Sue Lewis on 07402255010 or email [email protected]
