Caring for someone with an incurable, life limiting illness often leaves us feeling like we are grieving before the person dies, this is called, anticipatory or living grief. It is very common and can add further stress to our caring roles. Feelings of anger and guilt can sit with us, unspoken. But if we acknowledge these, then we can focus on making the most of the precious time we have left with our loved ones.

If you would like to book a free workshop for carers, please call Susie on 01970 611550. We can facilitate these at a venue convenient to you.
