I work for Credu - Gofalwyr Ceredigion Carers supporting unpaid and family Carers over 18 in Ceredigion. I am the outreach worker for the North of the county and also co-ordinate our small team. We provide 1:1 information, advice and emotional support and run support groups and activities for adult Carers. We can organise short term replacement care, or help with access to other ways of getting respite for Carers to have a break, and we have access to a free counselling service for Carers who need it. We are interested in supporting Carers with the things that matter to them, which will be as individual as each Carer we work with. Currently our support is remote - by phone or online - until restrictions are lifted.

Rwyf yn gweithio i Credu - Ofalwyr Ceredigion Carers yn cefnogi Gofalwyr dros 18 oed, sy’n aelodau’r teulu ac yn ddi-dâl yng Ngheredigion. Fi yw’r Gweithiwr Estyn Allan ar gyfer Gogledd y Sir, a fi hefyd yw cydlynydd ein tîm bach. Rydym yn cynnig gwybodaeth, cyngor a chefnogaeth emosiynol 1:1 ac yn rhedeg grwpiau cymorth a gweithgareddau ar gyfer Oedolion sy’n Ofalwyr. Gallwn drefnu gofal amgen tymor byr, neu gallwn helpu gyda mynediad at ddulliau eraill o gael gofal seibiant er mwyn i ofalwyr gael seibiant; ac mae gennym fynediad at wasanaeth cwnsela am ddim i Ofalwyr os oes ei angen.  Mae gennym ddiddordeb mewn cefnogi Gofalwyr gyda’r pethau sy’n bwysig iddyn nhw, fydd yr un mor unigryw â’r holl Ofalwyr a gefnogir. Ar hyn o bryd, mae’r holl wasanaethau cymorth yn digwydd o bell - dros y ffôn neu ar-lein - nes daw’r cyfyngiadau presennol i ben.
