It's almost time for our August session on bereavement and grief - have you booked your free place yet? Visit http://bit.ly/3UNWA5e so you can join us online in a fortnight, on August 19th.

Our 2-hour Understanding Bereavement and Grief session intends to foster an understanding of how different people experience bereavement and grief, including unexpected loss through accident or suicide.

When someone in a Welsh farming family dies, we often feel that loss as a community and there may be added pressure for those grieving to continue the work of the farm. Support from family, friends, and community can give people space to grieve, and The DPJ Foundation’s training aims to develop the knowledge and skills needed to support.

Mae bron yn amser ar gyfer ein sesiwn mis Awst ar brofedigaeth a galar - ydych chi wedi archebu eich lle am ddim eto? Ewch i http://bit.ly/3UNWA5e fel y gallwch ymuno â ni ar-lein ymhen pythefnos, ar Awst 19eg.

Nod ein sesiwn 2 awr yw meithrin dealltwriaeth o sut rydym yn profi profedigaeth a galar, gan gynnwys profi colled annisgwyl trwy ddamwain neu hunanladdiad.

Pan fydd rhywun mewn teulu ffermio Cymreig yn marw, rydym yn aml yn teimlo'r golled fel cymuned ac efallai y bydd pwysau ychwanegol ar galarwyr i barhau â gwaith y fferm. Gall cefnogaeth gan deulu, ffrindiau, a'r gymuned roi lle i bobl alaru – datblygu'r wybodaeth a'r sgiliau sydd eu hangen i gefnogi yw bwriad hyfforddiant Sefydliad DPJ.
